Surely not better that a warm beer at the Noah’s Ark Derby, Take That at the O2 Arena or the wonderful firework display in Newcastle? OK Costa Rica wins hands down!!

and the party did not finish here… dinner under palm trees on the beach, followed by “pinacoladas” and salsa dancing with locals at the local village party! SURELY better than being in the UK!

the mountain biking holiday idea is brilliant, however I am really not in shape at all so my holidays usually consit of a package deal to the canary islands to laze around by the pool for 2 weeks! OMG I have to get back into shape!
